This study describes that the application of GHRM practices can be seen from attractiveness employee selection, including having a commitment to environment. Followed an evaluation carried out more emphasis on environmental performance. In addition, company managers also fully support employees for sustainability policies and competence. The test results prove really considers eco-labeled products, reducing use raw materials in manufacturing process. Another thing proves there is organization's partnership with environmentally friendly suppliers. this provide insight help develop knowledge managerial level influences impact Green Human Resource Management, Capital Innovation Environmental Performance Through Innovation. four variables were developed into 21 (twenty one) measurement indicators. There are 8 (eight) hypotheses tested analyze PT. Mitrakarya Cipta Gemilang. research findings show development hypotheses, 5 (five) supported by significant positive effect; 3 (three) not supported. From resulting model it has been proven effect mediated Capital.
